At hearings you have the ability to see all sanctions that have been made at past hearings, concerning a particular or similar offence, ensuring consistency when making these critical determinations. Included in this package is the Case-builder™ which assists you to prepare for a hearing by allowing you to list your evidence and what it will show, as well as your witnesses and the questions they will be asked in order to prove your case. Professional Edition also allows you to attach any electronic media to a specific offence (scanned in documentation, voice recordings or video evidence) making all of this information readily available to you.
Classic Edition has all the features included in Basic Edition but is aimed at small to medium sized organisations that may require a multi-user environment, networking ability and enhanced processing functions that are not included in the Basic Edition.
Classic Edition is focused on processing offences in a rapid and consistent manner. To assist with this added features such as auto-counselling™ have been included, which allows you to insert predetermined counselling messages into each offence. This not only saves you time and keeps you consistent, but more importantly, it makes the process inclusive and much more positive for the employee.
Basic Edition is aimed at small businesses with less than 20 employees. This compact, but powerful package was designed to bridge the knowledge gap that exists in small businesses when it comes to processing disciplinary action in the workplace.
The package includes a code of conduct that can be edited to reflect and grade the specific rules of your organisation. Once these rules have been established the system will automatically process offences based your code of conduct and the LabourLOGIC™ internal processor. From start to finish a warning should take no longer than 2 minutes.
